Nouri is professional & knows his business.His workers didn’t do a great job on my rug yet he said he would have it fixed and apologized for there neglect.He said he would have it done in a few days.I said when I get it cleaned again I would pay the extra money to repair what they said they were gonna do in the beginning.We came up on a fair number discount for there error.I will still come back cause he was professional & don’t make excuses.Thanks Jay I will be back when I get the rug yogurt washed again and repair the rug as well at a discount price for your error like you said.

Nouri cleaned our shag rug which was dusty and dirty from us being home so much due to covid! They were very reasonably priced and did a great job. They picked up and dropped off making it easy to stay safe. Would definitely use them again!

I walked into this store for the first time a few years ago with no intentions of purchasing. A year or so later, my rug was badly stained and I felt it was time for a new rug. I came back here, and was extremely impressed with their selection and pricing. I did some research and visited some other stores, and no where did I find such good quality rugs for such competitive prices. The employees were super helpful throughout the whole purchasing process. A couple years later my rug was stained again. I was so upset and thought I needed a new rug. I called them up, and they said they also offered cleaning services. They washed up my rug to perfection, to the point where people assumed it was brand new. Since then, I’ve bought two more rugs from them! I was super impressed with their service and their selection. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to add or improve their home design!

A few years ago we had our 10X12, wool rug cleaned by a different rug company. They urged us to ‘throw it away” and tried to sell us a new one. It did not wear well.
We just had that rug cleaned by Nouri. They picked it up, and 1 week later delivered and re-installed it. The job they did was absolutely perfect. The rug looks like new, the film is gone.
